Make a Gift to the Sigma Theta Tau Alumnae Association!

In honor of our 50th Anniversary, the Alumnae Association committee was formed
to begin our official association for the alumnae of Sigma Theta Tau. There are
many opportunities to actively participate in the association, as well as to help us
run it and make plans for the future.

Here are just some of the ways your gift could help:

Association Operations -- Although most of the work that has gone into the
establishment of our association has been through the generous donation of time
by many Sigma alumnae, there are also a lot of start-up and maintenance fees to
keep up this website, maintain our bank account, and send mailings. Currently, our
web hosting costs $20 a month, and our bank fees are $10 a month.

Event Support -- We hope to plan future events on Alumni Weekend that are
covered -- at least in part -- by the association so that the per person cost is
minimal.

Scrapbook Renovation -- The History Committee has rescued 29 Sigma
scrapbooks -- dating from our earliest days as the Kampus Kubs -- and we are in
the process of scanning and placing them into the Trinity archives. Large format
scanning requires a small per hour rental cost, and the archival tissue and boxes
required to store each scrapbook in archives costs about $10-20 per scrapbook.

Sigma Scholarship -- Finally, we would like to be able to offer scholarships to
active Sigmas. At first, the scholarship might be to help a student pay her dues or
books, but eventually, we hope to be able to establish a Trinity scholarship to put
towards a Sigma's tuition.
